CANCELLATION RULES:
General rule prior to arrival is:
Less than 7 days, forfeit the full deposit.
From 7 to 14 days, 75% deposit
From 14 to 21 days, 50% deposit
From 21 to 28 days, 25% deposit
Min 10% admin fee
