Clinton House is a warm, spacious, child friendly home perfect for family and friends to enjoy December and Easter holidays together.
Perfect for large groups as well as small groups.
Situated in the quite cul-de-sac on the southern most end of Umdloti Beach with stunning sea views and a plus minus 150mt walk to the rock pools for the children to enjoy, or stroll into the village of Umdloti Beach to have coffee, breakfast, a light lunch and take a leisurely 15 minute walk back.
Tidal pool 1km northern side of Umdloti - take a picnic basket and enjoy time on the beach, surfing, kitesurfing, paddle-ski, cycle, or just relaxing.
Back home to your 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom, kitchen, TV family room overlooking the pool and braai deck. Rainy days are catered for in the large childrens playroom. There is a jungle gym, trampoline and large garden outside for children to play.

Reservations confirmed with 50% deposit. Check-out time: Not later than 10am. Check in time: 2.00pm - 6.00pm unless by arrangement. NB: Refundable breakage deposit of R1500.
CANCELLATION RULES:
General rule prior to arrival is:
Less than 7 days, forfeit the full deposit.
From 7 to 14 days, 75% deposit
From 14 to 21 days, 50% deposit
From 21 to 28 days, 25% deposit
Min 10% admin fee
